There was no Twitter when my children -- triplets plus one more born within a year -- were young. But, I guess that's just as well because thinking back 13+ years, I was so busy taking care of my kids or being exhausted by them, I don't think I would have had the energy to even do one Tweet a week.
I'm very active as a mommy blogger on Twitter and a variety of other networks suited to moms who blog now. Yet, I'm amazed at how many Tweets other moms (both those with multiples and those without) have time to do every day -- especially those with really young kids and babies.
One thing for sure, whether moms who Tweet have small children or teens like I do, there have got to be plenty of funny and heartwarming stories of what the kids are doing while mom is on Twitter. My kids are always trashing up the house while I'm on Twitter, but who's kids don't? Do you have a more original story than that, if so bring it on.
