A Truly Special Press Junket for Mom Bloggers
Last night my hubbie accompanied me for a date night to screen the upcoming comedy movie release Sex Tape, starring Cameron Diaz and Jason Segel, on the lot at Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California. This major summer motion picture opens nationwide in theaters on July 18, 2014.

I can't say much about the Sony Pictures production just yet, several posts on my initial social media reactions and a full movie review will be forthcoming on July 10th and July 15th respectively.
But what I can spill at this point is that after seeing this myself today I'm busy crafting some really interesting interview questions for Diaz, Jason, and the director. Then, on Thursday, a handful of us mom lifestyle bloggers have been invited to participate in the Sex Tape press junket roundtable at The Four Seasons in Beverly Hills to conduct face-to-face interviews with the stars of this film, as well as chat with the director about the making of the movie.

Though this will be my first time meeting her, I'm really looking forward to interviewing this five-time Golden Globe award winner. It will also be fun to sit down with this A-list celebrity IRL, because on a personal level we have a few things in common -- We're both Virgos (I'm a bit older) and each of us stands 5'9" tall (Yes, I wish I was as skinny).
FTC Disclosure: I was invited as a guest of Sony Pictures Studios to screen the movie Sex Tape on the lot in Culver City. I received special privileges and media access to cover this film's big screen release. However, there was no payment or other compensation involved and opinions here are my own. See complete FTC Disclosure information that appears at the bottom of MommyBlogExpert's main page and at the bottom of every individual post on this blog, including this one.
