The 2015 Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus XTREME show wrapped its Southland California tour yesterday with a roaring crowd of joyous families, including moms, dads, grandparents and kids representing a wide array of cultural backgrounds. From the looks of it everyone seemed to enjoy the fast-paced show at Honda Center in Anaheim. It also featured Ringling's free unique Animal Open House, a chance for those attending the Orange County venue to get up close and personal with the elephants, tigers, lions and other performing creatures outside before the live performance.

In fact, closer than you'd ever get to see these animals at the zoo! I mean how often can you say you've been close enough to a real live leopard to be able to count all his spots? And the best part was the animal trainers and caregivers were standing by to answer everyone's questions.

Of course after kids and grown up big kids alike visited with the real stars of the show, everyone went inside the palacial Honda Center to enjoy a grand finale to celebrate the culmination of the 2015 Ringling Bros. tour.

They'll be back in the Los Angeles metro area next summer, so stay tuned to this blog for next year's performance dates for Los Angeles, Ontario and Anaheim which will be announced in the spring of 2016. I can't wait, can you?

FTC Disclosure: I received tickets to facilitate coverage before, during and after the event and to host the associated giveaway. In addition, Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey is providing the prizes for the contest. However opinions here are my own.
