Here's my Pumpkin Ice Cream Shake recipe for 2 drinks:
2 cups of vanilla ice cream, softened
1/3 cup of canned pumpkin filling
1 T. of vanilla sugar
Shot of rum (optional, but very tasty)
Mix everything in blender till frothy, then pour in 2 glasses, add whipped cream and a sprinkle on nutmeg.
This is heaven, enjoy!
