A note from MommyBlogExpert: My family (including our kids) are involved in a number of community efforts here in California, so even though we won't be able to attend this event, I wanted to pass this along to my followers and encourage those of you in the NY Metro Area to come out in force to show support for this fabulous fundraiser coming up THIS Friday in New York City
NEW YORKERS FOR CHARITY BOATHOUSE GALA

Place: The Loeb Boathouse in Central Park
(Trolley shuttle pickup: 72nd St.at 5th Ave.)
Time: 9:00pm
NY4C raises funds for charitable organizations that often lack the ability to
raise substantial money on their own. The founders of NY4C have historically donated great sums of money to organizations in the Metropolitan New York that assist individuals battling breast cancer, organizations that protect the environment and organizations that support our troops. The Founders of NY4C do NOT receive any compensation for their time and effort in making the Boathouse Gala successful.
