It's just been announced -- The Great American Milk Drive has just begun. This program is made possible by America's dairy farmers and milk companies creating a simple for you to buy milk online at MilkLife.com to donate to a food pantry in your zip code for as little as just $5.

Today, follow @MommyBlogExpert and the Tweets with hashtag #MilkDrive to learn more. Representing Los Angeles I'll be reporting live Wednesday from the LA Food Bank starting at 2 pm ET about the fact that hunger impacts 1 in 6 Americans and how milk is the least likely food item that is usually donated. The aim of this campaign is to change all that and get the community involved.

You're invited to join in and help to spread the word about this wonderful, community outreach effort. In addition to @MommyBlogExpert other moms and women lifestyle bloggers from across the country participating in this important project include @MomStart in Seattle, @MustHaveMom in Minneapolis, @MommysFabFinds in Boston, @LittleTechGirl in Chicago, @DallasSocials in Dallas, @Mommypalooza in KansasCity, @April_Golightly in Miami and @SweetRoseStudio in Phoenix.
