Excited to invite MBE's family-friendly, fun-loving loyal audience to follow us virtually behind the scenes on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram today and Thursday, June 27-28. Join us as daughter and writing partner Rebecca Elspas and I head to Hollywood to cover the press junket for Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation from Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation and share our experiences along the way. 

Here's a peek back at my visit this spring to Sony Studios in Culver City, California, where Sabina, another influencer, and I covered a movie event as well as made a fun voice over clip in the same studio where Selena Gomez actually recorded her voice over for Mavis in Hotel Transylvania 3.



Over the next two days we'll be screening the movie scheduled for release in theaters nationwide on Friday, July 13th (Our review will be published on Mommy Blog Expert on July 7th). 

Here I am with actor and comedian Keegan-Michael Key, who returns to voice Murray The Mummy in Hotel Transylvania 3.

Rebecca and I will also be interviewing the talented voice over cast of this fun, new summer kids big screen animated feature film including Selena Gomez, Andy Samberg, Kathryn Hahn, and Genndy Tartakovsky. Last, but not least, we'll also be telling you all about the movie-theme special event fun we'll be having with other mom influencer friends on Thursday, following the press conference.

About Hotel Transylvania

Hotel Transylvania is Dracula’s lavish five-stake resort, where monsters and their families live it up and no humans are allowed. One weekend, Dracula (Adam Sandler) has invited all his best friends – Frankenstein and his wife, the Mummy, the Invisible Man, the Werewolf family, and more – to celebrate his beloved daughter Mavis’s (Selena Gomez) 118th birthday. For Dracula, catering to all of these legendary monsters is no problem, but the party really starts when one ordinary guy stumbles into the hotel and changes everything. Hotel Transylvania has a run time of 91 minutes and is rated PG for some rude humor, action and scary images. The DVD includes 5 fun bonus features.

About Hotel Transylvania 2

In this kids comedy adventure, everything seems to be changing for the better at Hotel Transylvania. However, Drac is worried that his adorable half-human, half-vampire grandson, Dennis, isn’t showing signs of being a vampire. So while Mavis is on vacation, things get batty as Drac enlists his monster friends Frank, Murray, Wayne and Griffin to put Dennis through a “monster-in-training” boot camp. Hotel Transylvania 2 has a run time of 89 minutes and is rated PG for some scary images, action and rude humor. Four special bonus features are also included.

In Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation, join your favorite monster family as they embark on a vacation on a luxury monster cruise ship so Drac can take a summer vacation from providing everyone else's vacation at the hotel. It's smooth sailing for Drac's Pack as the monsters indulge in all of the shipboard fun the cruise has to offer, from monster volleyball to exotic excursions, and catching up on their moon tans. But the dream vacation takes a dangerous turn when Mavis realizes Drac has fallen for the human captain of the ship, Ericka, who holds a mysterious secret that threatens them all.
