The Dragon Pearl Kids Movie Review Now on VOD View on Demand, DVD and Blu-ray
Movies
What happens when two kids -- a boy and a girl from two different cultures who think they're destined for a boring vacation -- meet up with each other on a trip to an archaeology dig in China with each of their parents? That's the premise of The Dragon Pearl (2011), a family adventure mystery just released on VOD View on Demand and DVD and Blu-ray exclusively available now at Walmart with broader availability on DVD/Blu-ray on August 20, 2013.
Viewers will quickly learn this film turns out to be anything but an unexciting ho-hum sojourn. From Ketchup Entertainment, this picture stars Irish actor Sam Neill who Jurassic Park fans will likely recognize. The girl (Ling) and boy (Josh) are played by Li Lin Jin and Louis Corbett, respectively.
As the adventure unfolds the two curious young teens find themselves in a mystical temple. According to an ancient legend this mythical Chinese dragon needs its life force, emanating by a sacred pearl hidden somewhere deep inside a dark and secret chamer. It's up to the youngsters, against the better judgement of their parents, to fight evil to find regain control over the magical pearl and then return it to who it really belongs to.
Watch this clip to see why this film is so enchanting and magical...
The Dragon Pearl has a run time of 94 minutes and is rated PG; in English with Closed Captions. Teenager Summer Bucket List Teen Tuesday Post by Rebecca Elspas
Teen Tuesday
by Rebecca Elspas, Teen Blogger
We all know that one day every student looks forward to, counts down, and cannot wait to happen. THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!! Mine, June 11th, was the best day ever, walking out of my crazy hard chemistry final screaming “I’m done! No more pencils no more books, no more teacher’s dirty looks!” (Creds to Alice Cooper).

Me celebrating school's out, MommyBlogExpert.com |
Recalling the movie The Bucket List from 2007, I felt like
it was such a good idea to make one, but for summer, that I got to work right
away. Pinterest helped me here. I finally made a board in my empty Pinterest
account, naming it Summer 2013 Bucket List. You can check it out here.
With things like shop at a flea market, make a rainbow cake,
get super flexible, have a glitter fight, a campfire cookout, and hiking
somewhere really far up, just to name a few, I am steadily repining more and
more fun ideas. I actually am so determined to do all of them! Already got a
couple down.
Crushed it.
