No it's not ghosts, vampires, zombies and witches. It's the angst brought on by thoughts of the huge amounts of candy and junk food kids will be getting while trick or treating or eating at parties on October 31st.

What’s better than snacking on plain, savory popchips? Enjoying them disguised as these easy-to-make, fun to eat spooky spiders. These are so simple and quick to make you might want to whip some up either as a snack before the kids head out to trick-or-treat or to serve at your Halloween party. Just assemble the ingredients or make them together with your child and watch them disappear. How scary is that?

For each treat use

• 2 sea salt popchips
• Creamy nut butter
• Licorice
• Googly candy eyes
